Carlsbad’s newest dining destination, Wildland, brings a refreshing twist to all-day dining with its walk-in-only format (pssst — they’re now offering reservations!) and strong sense of community.
Created by the team behind Michelin-starred Campfire and Jeune et Jolie, Wildland offers exceptional food in a space inspired by the area’s natural beauty and creative spirit.
Chef/Owner John Resnick and Chef Eric Bost (formerly of Auburn, L.A.) teamed up to craft an all-day menu that spans from breakfast sandwiches and fresh juices, to wood-fired pizzas and fresh salads for lunch, to shareable seafood, porchetta, and shellfish for dinner.

One of the restaurant’s standout features is its bakery program, led by acclaimed baker James Belisle. Expect freshly baked breads, croissants, pastries, pizza dough, and desserts, all made in-house.
Wildland is an accessible, welcoming spot for locals, visitors, and families alike.
