The luxury fine-dining restaurant and steakhouse Steak 48 will arrive soon at the Del Mar Highlands Center. This will be Steak 48’s second location in California and first in North County, San Diego. The establishment is scheduled to open on October 13, Friday.
The premier restaurant will offer its finest steak menus, responsibly farmed, wet-aged for 28 days, and masterfully cut. This includes New York Strips, Bone-In Filet Mignon, Australian Tajima Wagyu, and Miyazaki A5 Wagyu.
Besides their prime steaks and chops, the establishment also offers seafood such as Alaskan Crabs, Maine Lobsters, and Caviar in the Raw Bar. These are served with their house-made cocktail sauce and atomic horseradish.
A total of 350 diners will be able to be accommodated in the restaurant’s nine dining rooms, including four that can be partitioned off to serve as private dining spaces. There are seven private dining suites, all with unhindered views of the kitchen.
The Del Mar Highlands Center is at 12995 El Camino Real in Carmel Valley, North County, San Diego.
