All menu items are made with 100% organic ingredients and are both gluten- and seed oil-free. Chocolates are crafted by local San Diego artisans, while food offerings — such as salads, breakfast items, and small plates — are formulated to align with the venue’s clean-ingredient ethos.
Beginning at 7 a.m. each morning, the coffee bar serves espresso drinks prepared with locally roasted small-batch beans. The menu includes classics like espresso and mochas, as well as custom drinks enhanced with house-made syrups (including vanilla bean and dark-chocolate sea salt) and almond milk options.
From 9 a.m. to noon, Chocolate Bar serves $22 bottomless mimosas, with mimosa flights available throughout the day. The food menu continues during brunch hours and into lunch, featuring organic salads, breakfast bites, and savory small plates designed to pair with both coffee and alcoholic beverages.

The wine and beer bar presents a curated selection of boutique wines — both local and international — including a rotating wine-on-tap program. It also features craft beers from San Diego County, with suggested pairings alongside the Chocolate Bar’s artisanal chocolate offerings.
Tucked inside the main venue is a retail bottle shop offering a curated selection of wines available for take-home purchase. This bottle shop is open during the same hours as the main establishment, providing added convenience for patrons.
