Pvolve now has a fitness studio open in Carlsbad, the first in North County. The company is famous for its unique method, which “combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment to deliver results beyond a traditional workout,” according to its website. 

Actress Jennifer Aniston and entrepreneur Rachel Katz are the primary celebrities who serve as ambassadors for the company. Both women were looking for an alternative to high-intensity workouts, which led them to discover the Pvolve method.
