Carlsbad welcomes Mas Fuego, a Latin fusion restaurant and tequila bar, as the establishment celebrates its grand opening at the Shoppes. The Carlsbad location is the restaurant’s third in California and first in San Diego’s North County.
Mas Fuego offers an extensive brunch, lunch, and drink menu. For brunch entrees, they have Steak and Eggs, Eggs Benedict, Breakfast Burrito, Avocado Toast, and French Toast.
For dinner, you may choose from their sumptuous selection of Premium Single Tacos (KBBQ, Al Pastor, Fish, Chipotle Chicken, etc) and Street Tacos (Carne Asada, Shrimp, and Carnitas). Dinner entrees include Fajitas, California Burrito, Grilled Salmon, and Lomo Saltado. The Lomo Saltado is a Peruvian-style stir-fry filet mignon, with bell peppers, red onions, fries, tomato Spanish rice, aji verde, and black beans.
Of course, you can wash down all this delicious food with their wide selection of beers, wines, soju, and cocktails.
