Lilian’s at the Rancho Santa Fe is finally taking reservations as they look to cater to their regulars and new diners in North County. The upscale restaurant opens in November after a massive renovation project that includes a cocktail bar called Bing’s.
Chef Moira Hill of San Diego has already finished establishing the menu. Staying authentic to her zero-waste and sustainable practices advocacy, Lilian’s will serve sumptuous breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a comprehensive choice of drinks and wine.
Some of the menu items are the smoked salmon bagel and buttermilk pancakes for breakfast, lobsters, chicken, and shrimp for lunch, and more seafood such as grilled octopus, King Salmon Crudo, and lamb chops for dinner. Of course, Chef Hill also includes vegan options on the menu.
