Five restaurants at the Skydeck within Del Mar Highlands Center in North County have joined forces to introduce a new collaborative Happy Hour experience known as the Sky Deck Collective Happy Hour.

These restaurants are the Craft House, Marufuku Ramen, Understory, Ambrogio15, URBANA Mexican Gastronomy & Mixology, and Glass Box. The planned Happy Hour starts on October 1 and will take place on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 4 PM to 6 PM.

This lineup of dining establishments offers an assortment of food. Craft House is the go-to for seafood and salads, but they also have hand-crafted monster burgers on the menu.

Marufuku Ramen transports you to Fukuoka with one bite and sip of their Hakata-style ramen, while Ambrogio does the same for Italian wine and pizza lovers.

To round out the extensive dining experience, URBANA offers authentic Mexican food such as tacos (Lobster, Carnitas, Shrimp, Steak, etc.), Chips and Guacamole, and Enchiladas. If you’re craving authentic Asian cuisine, Glass Box elegantly serves sushis, Singaporean eats, Chinese-style fried rice, and other Asian-inspired dishes.

Lastly, Understory is the place where everyone can sit back and chill. This cocktail bar offers a unique experience, allowing patrons to order from nearby establishments. They will then have the food plated and delivered directly to you!

The best part of the Collective Happy Hour is, of course, the discounted food and drinks. Understory gets the ball rolling by offering half-priced cocktails, and Glass Box returns the favor with their $1 oyster appetizers.
