McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams is ready to expand its business and open a scoop shop in Carlsbad, North County. The opening will occur at the Forum Complex on October 4, 2023. This is McConnell’s eighth location in California.
With the tagline, “Leaving the World a Little Sweeter Than We Found it,” McC’s has been making indulging ice cream for 70 years. The company makes Organic Brownies Cookies & Fudge Ice Cream, Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Ice Cream, Strawberries & Shortbread Cookies Ice Cream, and the classic Golden State Vanilla ice cream. They also offer Limited Release flavors and house-baked cookies.
People on a plant-based diet or lactose intolerants may also enjoy the same ice cream goodness by indulging in their Dairy-Free products. Some dairy-free creations are Coffee Cookie Crumble, Salted Caramel Chocolate Swirl, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch.
