Crunch Fitness held its re-opening on September 26 at its Carmel Valley location, showcasing its state-of-the-art equipment at the newly renovated gym located in the Village at the Pacific Highlands Ranch.

A new functional training room was opened upstairs, featuring a 10-foot area for High-Intensity Interval Training classes. There is also a space for boxing classes with heavy bags and a free-weight area with more dumbbells and benches. One of Crunch’s largest modifications was the addition of a complete circuit of Hammer Strength equipment, the world’s No. 1 brand for plate-loaded equipment.

Besides the new apparatus and training turfs, the remodeled interiors are a breath of fresh air. The company made cool design upgrades and other improvements in the amenities. A sure highlight of the gym is its Rest and Recovery area, which features cryotherapy, red light therapy, and hydromassage chairs.

The gym tried its best to stay open despite the renovations, and now, you can see all the facility enhancements in all its glory.
