Valle, the Mexican restaurant in Oceanside, North County, has secured its first Michelin Star. It is now one of only eight Mexican restaurants in the United States to earn the distinction. Valle’s food will emphasize locally sourced products, cooking in charcoal ovens, and flavors brought upon by wood fire.
The contemporary Mexican restaurant offers an eight-course Seasonal Tasting Menu. Diners may choose between a vegetarian and a land/seafood course. Instead of A5 Wagyu and fish of the land and seafood lineup, the vegetarian course offers Cauliflower Barbaco, Pink Oyster Mushroom Aguachile, and King Oyster Mushrooms.
