North County’s The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe Inn will be given a Hollywood makeover, thanks to Clique Hospitality, the group behind Lionfish and Serea Coastal Cuisine restaurants. 

The group will be heading a multi-million-dollar project to bring a couple of luxury dining offerings into the community– Lilian’s and Bing Bar. Both establishments are named after local legends Lilian J. Rice and Bing Crosby. Lilian’s and Bing Bar will debut on November 1, the scheduled reopening of The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe.

As the primary dining establishment, Lilian’s will serve sustainable seafood, seasonal produce, and local organic ingredients, while the Bing Bar offers cocktails and simple bites. Chef Moira Hill, a San Diego native and a practitioner of zero-waste techniques, is in charge of putting together the menu for Lilian’s. Hill is known for her signature dishes, such as the Crispy Skin Monterey Bay King Salmon.

Along with the cuisine, an innovative beverage concept will feature premium wines and specialty brews while putting modern twists on classic cocktail drinks. The Bing Bar is envisioned to be a key gathering place for the Rancho Santa Fe community.
