The Melt will open a location at the Del Mar Highlands Town Center this fall. This is the burger restaurant’s first location in North County, third in the San Diego area, and 25th in California, including those in Noshery and Local Kitchens.
The Melt has taken everybody’s favorite comfort food– the burger– into a spin and turned it into a blissfully messy piece of deliciousness. The five “MeltBurgers” on its menu are the BBQ Bacon MeltBurger, the regular MeltBurger, the Impossible MeltBurger, the Swiss N’ Shroom MeltBurger, and the Spicy Mission MeltBurger. Each has its own twist, but all have something in common– melted cheese galore!
Besides “the world’s meltiest burgers,” The Melt also offers desserts, Grilled Cheese sandwiches, Grilled Chicken sandwiches, creamy Mac and Cheese, salads, fries, shakes, and soups.
