Guests can enjoy refined small bites including Caesar Twinkies, Smoked Salmon Hashbrowns, and Grilled Octopus with Salsa Verde — each thoughtfully composed with The Waverly’s playful yet elevated approach to flavor.
Before dinner, guests will be treated to a nostalgic twist: ice cream by The Creamy Boys, served straight from their iconic soft-serve trailer. It’s a lighthearted palate cleanser that perfectly bridges the cocktail hour and the main event.
