The Best-Wan Pizza House has been an icon in Cardiff for decades. Under a recent change of ownership, the pizza establishment aims to put a new twist on its menu items.
One of the latest additions is the Chicago-style Italian Beef, an homage to the owner, Eric Bauer’s, Windy City roots. It consists of garlic and herb roasted beef, sautéed peppers & onions, giardiniera, and toasted turano roll.
The specials include fresh local fish arriving daily, Spotted Bass Ceviche, and the luscious Home Made Ice Cream Sandwich to round out the meal.
Of course, the classic Besta-Wan favorites are still here, including the “Not Really Breakfast Stuff” items. The Besta Huevos Rancheros, a brunch must-go in Best-Wan, is served with beans, smoked bacon, ranchero salsa, two eggs, smashed avocado, and more herbs and spices.
You may also order alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Choose from the extensive roster of white and red wine, and craft beer, or chill with a lime margarita or grapefruit paloma.
