The Del Mar-based sandwich shop Board & Brew will be opening in Encinitas. The establishment will occupy an old dental office at the Trader Joe’s/Ralph’s center. Clayton Wheeler and Craig Applegate own ten Board & Brew franchises, and the Encinitas location will be their 11th.
Board & Brew is famous for its turkey sandwiches. The Turkado Sandwich, with turkey breast, Jack cheese, avocado topping, mayo, onions, lettuce, and tomato, has always been a hit. So are their Turkey Deluxe, Turkey Club, and California Delight sandwiches.

They also offer chicken, tuna, beef, Italian sandwiches, and a beef/turkey combo sandwich they call Tom’s Choice.
Board & Brew will open its doors on the northeast corner of 115 and 125 N El Camino Real, Encinitas, CA 92024.

Check out the official website and social media accounts for more details on the Encinitas opening.
